Over pollution can cause deleterious effects on immune systems, a situation which makes an individual highly susceptible to various chronic degenerative diseases like cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, heart disease and more.
The body cannot stay healthy without an efficient and effective detoxification that needs to occur in the lymphatic system, kidneys, intestines, skin, liver, lungs and other areas. Although the body is good at detoxification, the process can become overwhelming because of toxins generated from the water, air, food, pharmaceutical, over-the-counter drugs or other sources.
